Money Back Guarantee

You must cancel your service within 15 days of the activation of your account.

Your monthly service fee and phone adapter (if you purchased from us) charges are refundable.

Activation and Shipping fees are non-refundable

You must not exceed 200 minutes of usage in the first 15 days of service.

If you exceed 200 minutes, you will not be refunded for the first month of service.

You are responsible for any charges for overage, international or directory assistance calls.

All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact within 10 days of cancellation or the cancellation charge will not be credited.

All components including the T3 Telecom phone adapter, cables, manuals etc. must be included for return.

You are responsible for paying return shipping.

The Money Back Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements.

This warranty does not apply to BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) option.

Cancellations

For account with a credit balance amount, money will be refunded via PayPal. If you require a cheque refund, your refund may take up to a mnimum of 10 business days for processing and mailing (longer if mailed outside Canada). A service recovery fee of US$25.00 will apply to credit balance amount refunded by cheque.
